Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to get your items out the door and on their way to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timelines below:

1. Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Standard Processing: All ready-to-ship items are securely packed and shipped the next business day following your purchase.

  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Processing Time: Custom orders are handcrafted in the order they are received. Because of the care and detail that goes into these items, please allow 1 to 10 business days for your order to be made and shipped.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your custom creation is on its way.

3. Combined Orders

If your order includes both a ready-to-ship item and a custom item, they will ship together once the custom item is completed. If you need the ready-to-ship item sooner, please place two separate orders.
